How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@luxegems.com to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you'll receive a return shipping label.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  5. Ship the package using the provided return label.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
